Cookie Policy

Last updated: 16 June 2026

A cookie is a small file stored on your device when you visit a website. This page lists the cookies convergo.tech uses and how to control them. We use essential cookies and - with your consent - analytics cookies and functional cookies (for the embedded Calendly scheduler). We do not use advertising or social-media cookies.

Your choices

On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline analytics and functional cookies. No analytics cookie is set until you accept analytics, and the Calendly scheduler (with its cookies) loads only after you enable the Booking & scheduling category - until then a placeholder is shown in its place. You can change your decision at any time via cookie preferences. Declining keeps only the essential consent cookie listed below.

Cookies we use

CookieProviderPurposeTypeDuration
cc_cookie Convergo (first-party) Stores your cookie-consent choices so the banner is not shown again. Essential 6 months
ph_…_posthog PostHog (first-party, EU) Anonymous analytics: distinguishes devices and sessions to measure aggregate usage. Set only after you accept analytics. Analytics 12 months
Calendly Calendly (third-party) Loads the embedded scheduler so you can book a call. Set by Calendly only after you enable "Booking & scheduling"; not loaded otherwise. Functional Session - 1 year

For analytics, PostHog may also store equivalent values in your browser's local storage. Nothing is collected before you give consent.

Managing cookies in your browser

You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that removing the essential consent cookie will make the banner appear again on your next visit.
