Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how CONVERGO MOBILITY SA ("we", "us") processes personal data when you visit convergo.tech, in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP / nLPD) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who is responsible

The data controller is CONVERGO MOBILITY SA, 50 Avenue de la Praille, 1227 Carouge (GE), Switzerland. For any privacy request, contact contact@convergo.tech.

What we collect and why

  • When you contact us or book a call - we process the details you provide (such as your name, company, email and message, or the information needed to schedule a meeting via Calendly) in order to respond and follow up.
  • When you accept analytics cookies - we collect anonymous usage data (pages viewed, interactions, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type) through PostHog, to understand and improve how the site is used.

We do not collect special-category (sensitive) data, we do not run advertising or behavioural profiling, and we do not sell personal data.

Legal bases

  • Answering your enquiries / arranging meetings - our legitimate interest in responding to you, or pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
  • Site analytics - your consent, given through the cookie banner. You can withdraw it at any time, without affecting processing carried out beforehand.

Analytics & service providers

We use PostHog for product analytics, configured on PostHog's European (EU) infrastructure, so analytics data is stored in the European Union. PostHog acts as our processor under a data-processing agreement. Analytics load only after you accept analytics cookies, and anonymous visitors are not assigned a person profile (identified-only mode). Email and scheduling are handled by our mail provider and by Calendly, acting as processors.

International transfers

Site data is hosted in Switzerland (Infomaniak) and analytics data in the European Union (PostHog) - a region Switzerland recognises as providing an adequate level of data protection. Should any transfer to a country without adequate protection be required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the applicable Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep data

  • Contact correspondence - up to 3 years after our last exchange.
  • Analytics data - up to 12 months.
  • Cookie-consent record - up to 6 months, after which the banner asks again.

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise them, email contact@convergo.tech. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority - in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC); if you are in the EU/EEA, your local data protection authority.
